"I had Rob Billingsley as my agent when I first had State Farm. Him and his assistant Leah were amazing. My account had a glitch that would decline my payment every other month, so when this happened Leah would CALL ME and inform me. I have all my bills on auto pay, so I don’t constantly check my bank account. My policy was canceled back on December 8th, 2022 and I was completely unaware. I’ve been driving without insurance for over 2 months and this office didn’t even bother to call me or leave a voicemail to let me know. I found out when I logged into the app to see how much money I had saved with my Drive Safe and Save but my policy was no where to be found. I reached out to Todd 10 days ago via email and never heard back. I wish State Farm hadn’t switched my agents, because I switched to Progressive thanks to them."
