I was born and raised in Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been married to my wife, Yvette, since 1994 and we have four fantastic children. My career with State Farm began in 1995 as an auto insurance adjuster in the San Antonio area. After a few years of being an auto adjuster in San Antonio from 1995-1997 and then in Georgetown, TX from 1997-1999 I made the decision to become an agent. In October of 1999 I took over my first agency in Hondo, TX where we focused on the sale of auto, home, farm ranch and life insurance, being recognized as one of the most productive agencies in the state and country. In January of 2009 I left my agency to go into management for State Farm in Fort Worth, TX and in 2011 became an Agency Field Executive back in the Austin area. I returned to being an agent in 2013 in Georgetown, TX where we have lived since 2011.

My family and I attend Hill Country Bible Church Georgetown where we serve in various capacities. We are also deeply involved with Grace Academy Classical school. Yvette has worked in various capacities at the school including teaching and working in the administration office. I have coached Cross Country/Track and Field as a volunteer coach for the school since 2011 in addition to all the other volunteer opportunities that Yvette and I make ourselves available to benefit the school and its students. Our family also takes part every year in the fight to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis which is an important cause that we support as we have children who suffer from this disease.

My agency emphasizes remarkable customer service, and my desire is that my policyholders feel welcome, valued, and appreciated by the attention they receive from me and my team. My goal is to make sure all our customers are informed of and understand the different financial risks they face on a daily basis. I recognize that consumers pay a lot each month for auto, home and life insurance coverage and they have a choice as to whom to do business with. I want my agency to be the first choice for these products because of the experience we provide, not just because we are at a lower cost.
